After a thorough analysis we’ll prepare a documentation with a business-focused and selling object description. This serves as documentation for interested buyers and their advisors, banks, lawyers etc.

Initial Meetings and Discussions

It’s time for the seller and buyer and selected stakeholders to meet for initial discussions. Viewings of the object are done and when needed we prepare additional information requested by the parties.

Declaration of intent
